Montrose & District
Motorcycle Club
Welcome!
Montrose & District Motorcycle Club can be traced back as far as 1920. Following a short break it was re-established in 1984 as a Road Run and Trials Club by George Robb, Graham Shepherd, Rankin Shepherd and David Ogilvie.
Over those years the bikes may have changed, and the regular faces have come and gone. But our club values, friendly banter and love of motorsport have very much stayed the same. We believe this has been key to keeping our club going for over 100 years.
Now in 2022, Montrose & District Motorcycle Club meet once per month on a Sunday at one of the many wonderful trial sites across Angus. We have a total of 97 members of all ages and abilities and welcome new members regularly.
At every event we have four routes to accommodate all ages and abilities of riders. These are Junior, Club-man, Expert and Twin shock routes.
If you aren’t sure if trials is the sport for you, then please feel free to come along and spectate for the day, and even have a chat with some of our members.
